The Bone Density Measurement Laboratory has a Fan-Beam (fan-beam-type) innovative technology system that increases diagnostic information and accuracy with the lowest possible dose of radiation (10-fold dose reduction). Bone measurement density is performed by the DEXA method on the:
- Lumbar spine
- Hip
- Forearm
- Whole body (full-body measurement)
Bone density measurements are indicated for:
- Perimenopausal women
