Ensuring our patients and their families are satisfied is a core priority for us on a daily basis and an important incentive for the improvement of the services we provide, day by day.

To this purpose, we have established a specific management procedure for your feedback/complaints.

During this procedure, you can fill out a form with your feedback, which is forwarded to the Metropolitan General Administration, through the Quality Department.

You can find these forms in a special box in the middle of the corridor, in each hospital floor, and in central locations of the Clinic.

Submitting feedback/recommendations shall in no case affect the healthcare quality you are receiving during your stay or during a following admission in the Clinic.

Written complaints or feedback may also be sent by mail to the Administration or Quality Department, or via e-mail to the Quality Department address
