Copies of your medical file are given to you in person, provided you fill in an application and display your national ID. In any other case, an authenticated authorization is required. If you are still hospitalized, the authorization can be authenticated on the hospitalization floor according to the rules in force established by Metropolitan General.
Τhe Medical Records Office is located at the 2nd building of the Hospital, on the -2 floor and is open Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 15:00.
