The One Day Clinic (O.D.C.) serves patients undergoing surgical procedures or diagnostic/therapeutic operations that require short medical observation, without the need for an overnight stay.
The ward treats patients who:
- Have already received care in the Outpatient Department, Emergency Department or Surgery and need a short follow-up
- Undergo procedures or tests that require a few hours of recovery before returning home
The O.D.C. has modern equipment and experienced medical and nursing staff, ensuring safe and comfortable hospitalization conditions.

The O.D.C. has a fully equipped department, which includes specially designed rooms for the accommodation of patients with oncological, neurological and rheumatological diseases undergoing short intravenous treatments (e.g. immunotherapies, chemotherapies, etc.).
Metropolitan General provides holistic treatment of oncological cases with integrated and specialized services for the investigation, diagnosis, treatment and supportive care of neoplasms. Treatment includes the latest therapeutic protocols of chemotherapy regimens, hormone therapies, immunotherapies, biological therapies, targeted therapies as well as regional therapies such as chemoembolization, tumor ablation using radiofrequency (RF ablation) or microwave ablation, tumor cryoablation or combinations thereof.
