He organized, developed and run the Department of Hematology, with 21-bed capacity and 1 double patient room for Autologous Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation. When fully developed, the Clinic listed nine (9) Hematology Specialists and five (5) Resident Hematologists, including the Chief.
