Emergencies
- Free of charge and unlimited consultations with specialists on-duty for Internal Medicine, Cardiology, General Surgery and Orthopedic cases.
Consultations (by appointment only)
- Unlimited scheduled consultations with all medical specialists at the Outpatient Department, at the concessionary price of €15.

Hospitalization
- 25% discount on the prices set by the Greek National Organization for the Provision of Healthcare Services (EOPYY) for ward upgrade.
Exclusive of specialized materials, medical disposables, medications and physicians’ fees - For completely uninsured patients, a 20% discount applies on the hospital’s chargemaster.
The discount does not apply to healthcare packages, medications, materials or physicians’ fees.
For individuals covered by private health insurance policy (personal-collective)
- Free ward upgrade, where available
- For individuals covered by a personal health insurance policy, 10% discount on the insuree’s co-payment (deductable, tax exempted, co-payment), amounting to 20% of the total hospitalization cost maximum.
In case of hospitalization under the Greek National Organization for the Provision of Health Services-EOPYY (on condition that Metropolitan General has entered into partnership with the specific insurance fund), the discount applies after the deduction of the insurance fund’s payment. The discount does not apply to physicians’ fees, materials and medications.
Ambulance service
- Free of charge ambulance service for transportation within the region of Attica, in case of an emergency requiring hospitalization.
- 40% discount in case the patient is not hospitalized.
Diabetes Center
- Scheduled outpatient visits at the concessionary price of 30€ each, combined with concessionary prices on specialized imaging tests, where needed.

50% discount on plantar pressure measurement and concessionary prices for the construction of foot orthoses.
