The Department of Otorhinolaryngology at Metropolitan General is on par with corresponding specialized Centers abroad.
It provides diagnosis and therapeutic management of all otorhinolaryngological conditions (ear, nose, larynx, head and neck), as well as neurotological disorders, namely disturbances of hearing (hearing loss, deafness, tinnitus) and balance (vertigo, gait instability). In addition, it evaluates and manages patients with snoring and sleep apnea.
The Department is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and staffed by highly trained and experienced medical and nursing personnel. It is directly supported by the Department of Pulmonology, the Department of Medical Imaging, the Department of Neurology, the Department of Pathology (Histopathology), and the Department of Cytology, ensuring the fastest and most effective diagnosis and management of diseases.
