How to get at Metropolitan General
Metropolitan General is located at 264 Mesogeion Avenue, Cholargos, and is accessible by taxi, car, metro or bus. It is just 5 minutes from “Cholargos” metro station, from the exit “Stavros-Agia Paraskevi”, while bus stops served by several urban bus routes are located directly outside our facilities.
Access for Persons with Disabilities
Our Clinic has appropriate infrastructure and facilities for parking, access and movement for Persons with Disabilities. Our specialized staff is always available to assist them promptly and as a priority, responding to their particular needs and providing comfort, safety and quality care.
Waiting Areas
Waiting areas for visitors are available in the main lobbies of Buildings A and B, as well as in the lounges of the inpatient wards, offering a comfortable and welcoming environment.
Cafeteria: The cafeteria is located on the ground floor of the main building.
Mobile Phone Charging Points: Mobile phone and device charging units are available in the waiting areas, so that you can remain in contact with your loved ones or manage your needs while waiting.
Bank: On the ground floor of the main building, you will find Eurobank and National Bank of Greece ATMs for your immediate convenience.
Internet: For access to internet services, you may use the Metropolitan General Wi-Fi. Please ask our staff for the access code.

Medical Records
Copies of your medical file are provided to you in person, upon request and upon presentation of your identity card. In any other case, an authorization with certification of the authenticity of the signature is required. If you are still hospitalized, the authorization may be given on the inpatient ward, in accordance with the applicable regulations of Metropolitan General.
The Medical Records Department is located at 1 Miltiadou Street, next to Metropolitan General, and operates from Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:00.

Parking
Upon entry of visitors’ vehicles into the Clinic premises, visitors who wish to use the Valet Parking service are informed by the gate attendant, who issues the receipt, and are directed by the responsible parking employee to the Park Assist staff. The vehicle is collected by Park Assist and the driver is informed of the procedure for the return of the car. The card bearing the identification number of the car key is then handed by Park Assist to the owner of the car.
The vehicle is then transferred by Park Assist to the hospital parking area or to the parking area of “Cholargos” metro station. The owner of the car must inform Park Assist 15 minutes before the desired departure time for the delivery of their vehicle.
Payment for the service by the customer is made at the automatic payment machine located outside the entrance of Building B. The cost is €15, regardless of the length of stay.
In the event that the customer loses the receipt or there is a technical problem with the automatic payment machine, the customer is informed that payment should be made at the Accounting Department or at the outpatient cash desks. The customer collects their vehicle upon presentation of the receipt.
