- Vaser Lipo is an advanced liposuction and liposculpture technique associated with important advantages in terms of precision, enhanced safety, and reduced recovery time. Despite being classified as minimally invasive, it remains, of course, a surgical procedure. It operates through the power of ultrasound and extremely fine, flexible micro-cannulas. Ultrasound energy liquefies the fat to be removed, allowing extraction in a much less traumatic way. The very fine cannulas require only two tiny entry points, eliminating the need for incisions and visible marks, while their flexibility allows them to function as sculpting tools in the hands of the plastic surgeon, who can shape the area and create the appearance of a more defined body contour. With Vaser Lipo and the reduced trauma it causes to the body, the duration and intensity of recovery are significantly decreased. Today, Vaser Lipo is often combined with the equally innovative Renuvion system.
- BBL (Brazilian Butt Lift) is currently one of the most popular procedures in modern plastic surgery and aims to enhance buttock volume and lift. BBL includes two stages within one operation. - Brachioplasty addresses extensive laxity of the upper arms extending from the elbow to the axilla. This condition, also known as “bat wings,” may or may not coexist with excess localized fat. Surgery permanently corrects this appearance, offering both women and men slimmer and more sculpted upper arms. Depending on the extent and severity of the problem, as well as whether excess fat is present, different surgical techniques may be recommended. Classic brachioplasty involves an incision extending from the elbow to the axilla; however, several other approaches may also be used depending on the case, such as fat removal with Vaser Lipo through a small incision in the axilla and tightening with Renuvion through the same incision.
