Innovative Stromal Enriched Lipograft™ (SEL™) Technique
With the Stromal Enriched Lipograft™ (SEL™) method, isolated stem cells from the patient’s body are combined with harvested fat, with adipose tissue acting as a living biological material before being transferred to another area of the body.
This technique is used, among others, for the correction of congenital or acquired deformities (e.g., after severe burns) and for breast reconstruction following mastectomy.
In aesthetic plastic surgery, it provides a safer alternative to injectable materials for the face and body, as well as silicone implants in the breast, contributing to the creation of functional tissue with a more natural appearance and lower risk.
By using the patient’s own biological material, the risk of graft rejection or adverse reactions is minimized (fat survival with conventional lipografting is approximately 20–30%).
