The 3 Tesla scanner is equipped with advanced software and multi-channel coil technology that achieve exceptional image quality and maximum examination speed, reducing scan duration by up to 40%.
More specifically, it has the largest number of channels currently available in Greece for imaging of the head, neck and abdomen, including 64 channels for head and neck imaging, 60 channels for abdominal imaging and 18 channels for breast imaging. These can be connected simultaneously for whole-body imaging. As a result, even whole-body MRI examinations become routine procedures, while different body regions can be imaged within minutes without repositioning the patient or changing coils.
It also features specialized processing and analysis programs aimed at a more comprehensive and personalized diagnostic approach in fields such as Neurology, Oncology, Angiology, Breast Imaging, Orthopedics and Cardiology.
