Mammomat B. brilliant features PlatinumTomo, a pioneering wide-angle tomosynthesis technology with a 50° angle, the fastest wide-angle tomosynthesis worldwide, with a scan time of approximately 5 seconds, producing high-quality three-dimensional images in minimal time.
With the Premia image reconstruction algorithm, which incorporates artificial intelligence applications, image noise is reduced and image quality is optimized while maintaining very low patient dose levels.
The system also provides automatic breast density assessment and incorporates Prime technology to ensure low radiation dose. It also offers contrast-enhanced mammography using TiCEM (Titanium Contrast-Enhanced Mammography) with an optimized titanium filter for improved imaging, assisting in the detection and evaluation of suspicious lesions.
This avoids the additional time and cost of magnetic resonance imaging.
