Michael Glynos was born in Andros and was awarded a degree in Medicine by the Medical School of the Aristotelian University of Thessaloniki. He was specialized in Radiodiagnostics at the Naval Hospital of Athens and Evangelismos and further specialized in Interventional Radiology at the Guy's & St. Thomas Hospital, NHS Hospital, London, during 1994-1996.

WORK EXPERIENCE

1996-2005: Director of the NHA Department of Interventional Radiology

2000-2008: Director of the Metropolitan Hospital Department of Interventional Radiology

2005-2008: Director of the Naval Hospital of Athens Department of Radiology and Sector Head of the Laboratory Sector

2008-2023: Director of the “Ygeia” Hospital Department of Interventional Radiology
